Pet Peeve - November No, No.

I know a lot of people do it.

I. cannot. help. it. I am not on board with it or that I've added it to my pet peeve list.

BUT…… DECORATING for Christmas should not be done as soon as Halloween is over.

Sorry Thanksgiving is in November, Christmas in December. It's a fact jack!

I'm still 7 years old when it comes to the
Christmas spirit (ask my brothers), but I love Thanksgiving too.

Give thanks for what you got, not just for November, but every day!

Dance turkey, dance.

Happy Thanksgiving month.
Say grace and stuff yo' face.

AU vs GA

In honor of next weekends game.
A glimpse at last year.
Whitney Lott, 3rd years a charm.

Keep your head in the car this year.

Friday night fun last year.. maybe to much fun?

My little tater head date.
3 years running.
Haven't dumped her yet and she pulls for GA.
and even worse AL.

Sissy and I .. she's looking beautiful
as always.

We are looking for a WIN this year AUBURN.
WAR EAGLE!

See you at Jordan Hare.

O.T.W

This past weekend was a lazy one.

Jackson has felt a tad bit under the weather so we took it easy.

I've really loved some hot chocolate
these last weeks. The cold weather
hit me hard.

Jackson and I enjoyed a beverage this weekend
while we pulled on the AU tigers against TN.
War Eagle to that.

What would a football weekend be without boiled peanuts?
I didn't think I'd marry someone who loved boiled peanuts as
much as I do, but I DID.
Winner, winner.

Friday night we also stayed in for dinner and
planned out a nice menu.
Fried pork-chops, cream cheese potatoes, and green bean casserole.
I have to say.. delicious.

I also thought I'd marry someone who would avoid the kitchen
and make me do all the cooking at dinner, but I married Jackson,
someone who loves to cook and annoy me when he thinks
I'm doing something "wrong" or not his way.
.. Sometimes I'd prefer him to stay out of the kitchen
BUT he's good help though and a great cook.

Saturday we ran past the hospital to check on somethings
and Jackson wanted me to check out the progress they've made
since the last time I'd been by there.

I have been meaning to take a picture of this because it makes me happy
every time I go see Jackson at work.
The hospital let the children paint their own spot on the ceiling.

Doesn't that make your heart smile?
I love it.

Then back to the couch we went.
Football Saturday and Sunday.

I heard sneezing most of the time.

Today Jackson asked me for his Christmas gift early
so he could use it now.

I couldn't say no.
So happy EARLY Christmas to Jackson.

His own charcoal weber grill.

Life is Good.

Fall Fashion Fun

I forgot to post about the Fashion Show United Way put on in Alex City this fall.
If you weren't there, you missed out.

Everything was set up so beautiful. Lights, runway, drinks, dinner, and of course
cute clothing and fun accessories.

They really put a lot into the show.
Shout out to Sissy and Uncle Dennis for helping put on
a great event.

My mom, Mrs. Wanda, Mrs. Paula, Deidra, Jessica, and I attended the
event together.

Mother, daughter date.

It was also Mrs. Paula's birthday.
Always an excuse to party with the ladies…

My mom and I really enjoyed spending so time with family and friends and just enjoying being able to do something that doesn't revolve around college or NFL football for once.

Nice little break and some girl time.

If you didn't know we were there
you should have looked for the table
labeled "Jessica and friends"
We are the "and friends."

Where we get it from.

Just a little photo booth fun.

It was so much fun!
Can't wait to do it again.

Life is good with these ladies!

Craig and Brittany's wedding

Saturday afternoon was beautiful (Nov. 2) - perfect day for a wedding.
Ryan and Jackson tossed the football
around for a little while just to get some fresh
air.. Mags and I ran around checking out everything
..even the next door neighbors lab...

My main man.

Those 2 are my favorites.. Always make
me laugh and down for a good time.

First dance as husband and wife.
Mr. and Mrs. Fuller

We clean up well.. I'd say.
Me, Ash, and Amanda

Bride and girls!

It was a beautiful wedding. Jackson and I loved being back at the Chapel and Cocktail Slough four months later.
Time flies when you're having fun and loving married life!

Congrats Craig and Brittany!
Welcome to married life.

West Virginia Life

I haven't posted in a while.
I am either in Alabama. Georgia. Or West Virginia.
Traveling woman, I tell ya.
Always on the go go go.

Jackson and I really haven't got to do much since I have been here,
but this is a little picture "catch-up" fun.

It snowed….. in October in WV.
Not prepared.

It's cold. I'm always cold. SO. That's about
how I feel about the weather in October.
Don't get me wrong.. I love snow.
Around Christmas time.

Saturday work with Jackson.
He had to call in back-up aka his wife.
I have to work for free, but a Saturday spent with
this guy makes me happy.

He bought lunch. :)

My head feels extra large.
And I feel like a boy.
I'm glad I wore a pink sweat shirt so
I wasn't mistaken.

I popped some lines (with chalk).
It was a breeze...

Life as a building science majors wife.

We also got invited to the Fall Festival
at the hospital.
I think we needed small children for it,
but it was something to do with the community.

Tractor bringing up the excited kids.
Thats the hospital Jacksons at in the background.

I guess this is what a "house wife/college grad student"
does…. takes her husbands lunch to work and
eats with him in the cafeteria.

I can't complain. I love our little lunch dates
in the hospital.

These cold nights call for hot chocolate and NCIS.
And a new cute "L" mug.

Living the life as a Lilly.

Life is Good.

Traveling life

A couple of weeks ago I flew out to Denver to help Jackson pack up.

He is on another job now in West Virginia, which isn't where we wanted, but it's close enough!

I can't complain. 8 hours is WAY better than 22 hours.

See ya later, Denver!

Heading south to Alabama.

Our tape book for the ride.

Finally made it. Saturday lunch with the in-laws.

My two favorite guys sleeping away.

Side note: For my birthday Whitney took me to the Miranda Lambert concert, which was awesome!

I love my Whit Lo/Rhonda.

the girls!

West Virginia life so far..

Watching AU defeat Ole Miss.
WDE.

A glimpse of WV life.

We ended the hotel life Sunday with Pizza and Peyton.
#fantasyfootballLife

Heading back in about two weeks and I am ready!

It's Fall Y'all!
Life is good.
